A seemingly small decision can leave a lasting impact on the minds of others. 3.5 years ago, my brother and i joined the race to secure a whitelist for the Invisible Friend project, one of the hottest projects at the time. We both managed to get whitelisted, i was picked for being active on Discord, and my brother was selected through a giveaway. Just 2 days before minting, @coinbilly revoked both of our whitelists because we had used the same IP to fill in our wallets (what 😵‍💫). No matter how much we tried to explain, our whitelists were not restored. And just like that, we lost 20 ETH ($80k back then) over a decision that probably didn’t matter much to them. I wasn’t planning to bring it up again, but today i saw his comment on a post and it brought back that moment. Before making any decisions that could impact others, take a moment to think it through carefully.

That October 2018 was during a bear cycle, and overall 9 out of 12 months that year were RED. Meanwhile, that post got 1.9k likes in just 4 hours. I’m still amazed at how people are so prone to believe anything and find connections where there are none, if you just give them some kind of argument, even one pulled out of thin air… Guys, learn to analyze for yourselves and stop relying on a single “indicator” or “sign” - look at the bigger picture. Following the cycles - even though that’s far from EVERYTHING you should take into account - BTC will peak in November-December. Who the fuck cares if October closes at +3% or -3%? Assets rise on expectations, which means we’ll hit the peak when everything looks “too good” for it to get any better. And we’ll hit the bottom when things get so bad that they literally can’t get any worse. Ask yourself these questions more often when making decisions instead of staring at how October closed, and it’ll be much easier to act and to make profit in that market. Wishing everyone a profitable November 👁️
