I would for sure think deeply about artistic integrity in AAA game development, especially through various game engines that are being used to do so.
Also, when the development space is toxic, the artistic integrity and potential are in question.
Finally, studio leadership needs strong leaders to lead game studios for the betterment of AAA game development and present working solutions and steps in the space where they develop games if the current leadership is weak and uninnovative.
