Nothing destroys a company faster than leadership allowing truly toxic behavior to slide. It needs to be corrected quickly, or the source of it needs to be gotten rid of. Simple as that.

How I manage people: 1. Hire ones with high character 2. Give them tons of training 3. Tell them I’m there whenever 4. Let them do their work in peace 5. Occasionally give feedback No breathing down their necks or sabotaging them. Set them up for success, then let them go get it.
