The election has come and gone, winners and losers have emerged and Nigeria will progress irrespective of your views. If you have any issues with the outcome of the elections, take it to the courts and stop disturbing our peace. We will no longer tolerate your disrespect.

From what Peter Obi @PeterObi has recounted severally, he was not even invited. He went with other traders to complain about the port situation. The night before they were to appear before Abacha, many chickened out for fear of arrest by Abacha. He and the remaining others went and after listening to them, Abacha then co-opted he and others from the delegation to go help solve the problem they brought before him. The ones who had chickened out for fear of arrests were later insisting they wanted to also be part of the team. The audacity! As if they would have insisted on being part of the arrests if any was made!
Switch@prophetswitch

🚨Peter Obi didn’t join Abacha’s government as a politician. He was invited, as a trader, to help fix delays at the ports. He did the job well by bringing simple, practical solutions. His focus was helping people and improving the economy, not politics.

I swear, Femi Otedola na banger boy at this point because this is pure rage baiting. At a time Benue, Kaduna and several states are bleeding, the economy is suffering, he still chose to praise the popular Aso Rock mannequin. It’s painful our elites lack empathy.
Femi Ote$@realFemiOtedola

Yesterday, I spent Easter Sunday with our dear President, Bola Tinubu, and my bestie Aliko Dangote. We discussed the economy and how Nigerians can benefit from the reforms. On a day of resurrection and renewal, Mr President was still working. That kind of commitment gives you hope for Nigeria 🇳🇬 … F.Ote💲

@AishaYesufu @PeterObi See, you can only deceive your fellow dvllards with this narratives about Peter Obi willingly working for the dictator Sani Abacha. As far as we are concerned, it is on record that your messiah once worked with d oppressors while Tinubu and NADECO fought for democracy.

Scam. Another scam. Three years into his administration, why is this very important decision just coming? The election season is here. More Ponzi schemes on the way.

STATEHOUSE PRESS RELEASE PRESIDENT TINUBU APPROVES N3.3 TRILLION PAYMENT PLAN TO RESTORE RELIABLE ELECTRICITY President Bola Tinubu has approved the payment plan to finally settle the outstanding debts under the Presidential Power Sector Financial Reforms Programme. The debt repayment plan followed the final review of the legacy debts that have beset the power sector for more than a decade. The long-standing debts accumulated between February 2015 and March 2025. Following verification, ₦3.3 trillion has been agreed as a full and final settlement, ensuring a fair and transparent resolution. Implementation has begun, with 15 power plants signing settlement agreements totalling ₦2.3 trillion. The Federal Government has already raised ₦501 billion to fund these payments. Out of the amount, N223 billion has been disbursed, with further payments underway. What this means for Nigerians: With payments reaching the power value chain, generation will be more stable. With power plants supported, electricity reliability will improve. And as the sector stabilises, more investment, more jobs, and better service will follow. “This programme is not just about settling legacy debts. It is about restoring confidence across the power sector — ensuring gas suppliers are paid, power plants can keep running, and the system begins to work more reliably," explained Olu Arowolo-Verheijen, Special Adviser on Energy to President Tinubu. “It is part of a broader set of reforms already underway — including better metering and service-based tariffs that link what you pay to the quality of electricity you receive. “The government is also prioritising power supply to businesses, industries, and small enterprises — because reliable electricity is critical to creating jobs, supporting livelihoods, and growing the economy. “The goal is simple: more reliable power for homes, stronger support for businesses, and a system that works better for all Nigerians," she added. President Tinubu has commended all stakeholders who supported efforts to resolve the legacy issues in the power sector. He has also confirmed that the next phase (Series II) will begin this quarter. Bayo Onanuga Special Adviser to the President (Information and Strategy) April 5, 2026
