My remarks about the crisis in AJK were frank and honest, Alhamdolillah. Those who have sinister agendas may try to twist them but they cannot take Kashmir out of me or out from Pakistan or take Pakistan out of Kashmir. The sacrifices of Kashmiris who crossed over into Pakistan in October 1947 are recorded in history, etched in their memory forever. The struggle of Kashmiris in Indian-Occupied Kashmir against Indian occupation is a saga of martyrdom and lives spent in jails over the last 78 years. Pakistan’s commitment to the Kashmir cause is witnessed in the blood of our martyrs in five wars, and in our principaled stand on a plebiscite and self determination as per UN resolutions. In this backdrop, the nefarious and external agenda driven voices coming out of AJK against Pakistan and the Kashmir cause must be responded to in the strongest possible terms. There are Kashmiris who paid the price for migration, and those who continue to pay the price in IIOJK. The people of AJK, who live here in peace and tranquility for many decades guarded by soldiers from all over Pakistan, and surely brave hearts from AJK too, need to recognize the sacrifices of Kashmiris of IIOJK and the Muhajirs of 1947 and later years. Belittling these sacrifices is negating the Kashmir cause. In my humble opinion, Kashmiriat is defined by the sacrifices and struggles waged over almost eight decades by Pakistanis including Kashmiris and all others, not by birth certificates.

جب ایکشن کمیٹی نے حالیہ انتشار شروع کیا تو حکومت بار بار مزاکرات کی پیشکش کرتی رہی، لیکن ایکشن کمیٹی بضد رہی کہ وہ احتجاج و دھرنہ جاری رکھے گی، ریاست ہم سے ڈر گئ ہے اس لیے منت سماجت پر اتر آئی ہے اسی زعم میں ایکشن کمیٹی کے غنڈوں نے سکیورٹی فورسز کے اہلکاروں پر حملے شروع کیے ہسپتالوں میں گھس کر زخمی اہلکاروں کے زخموں پر ڈنڈے مار مار کر انھیں شہید کیا، سڑکیں بلاک کر کے آزاد کشمیر کی خوراک و فیول کی سپلائی لائن کاٹ دی، 9، 10 محرم الحرام میں مجالس اور جلوسوں کے روٹ کے پیش نظر حکومت نے ایکشن کمیٹی کو 8 محرم تک کی ڈیڈ لائن دے رکھی تھی کہ سڑکوں پر سے اپنی سرکس اٹھا لیں بصورت دیگر آپ خود زمےدار ہونگے لیکن اب ایکشن کمیٹی دھرنہ اٹھاتی ہے تو عوام کو کیا بتائے گی وہ کون سے مطالبات تھے جس پر دھرنہ دیا اور وہ کون سے مطالبات ہیں جن کے پورا ہونے ہر دھرنہ اٹھا رہی چنانچہ ایکشن کمیٹی اس وقت پس پردہ پیغامات کے زریعے مزاکرات نام کی فیس سیونگ مانگ رہی ہے، تاکہ ان کی عزت رہ جائے اور دوبارہ احتجاج کی راہ بھی ہموار رہے لیکن حکومت اب مزاکرات کے موڈ میں نہیں وہ کس طرح سے اپنے اہلکاروں کے قاتلوں کو فیس سیونگ دیکر اپنے شہدا کی تذلیل کرے ان کے قاتلوں کو فیس سیونگ دے اب ہر قاتل اہنے انجام کو پہنچے گا اب آپ سو گنڈے بھی کھائیں گے اور سو چھتر بھی...

🔴⚖️ Justice for Sepoy Shabbir Baloch: Terror Apologia Crushed in Court ‼️The Anti-Terrorism Court has delivered a landmark verdict in the murder case of Sepoy Shabbir Baloch, exposing how propaganda dressed as “activism” turned into brutal terrorism. ‼️On 29 July 2024, during violent unrest near Al-Johar School, Gwadar, an unarmed FC soldier, Sepoy Shabbir Baloch, was brutally lynched by a mob. ‼️The court found that Mahrang Langu, while addressing the BYC gathering, labeled approaching FC personnel as “occupiers” and incited the crowd to attack them. Following this provocation, attackers armed with stones and wooden sticks launched a coordinated assault on the FC patrol. ‼️Sepoy Shabbir became separated from his colleagues, surrounded by the mob, and mercilessly beaten. Medical evidence confirmed severe skull fractures, shattered eye socket, deep wounds, bruises, and multiple injuries across his face, neck, and arms. ‼️Even more horrifying, after murdering him, the attackers dumped his body on a garbage heap. ‼️The defense failed to challenge the medical evidence or disprove eyewitness testimonies. Multiple witnesses consistently confirmed Mahrang’s instigation and the violent role of the attackers. ‼️The court also made it clear: deliberately branding uniformed security personnel as enemies and inciting violence against them falls under terrorism. ‼️A gathering loses all legal and moral protection the moment it turns violent, attacks state officials, and commits murder. ‼️The accused repeatedly boycotted proceedings, refused video-link appearances, and even rejected court-appointed counsel. The court rightly ruled that deliberate non-cooperation cannot be used to obstruct justice. 🛑 Final verdict: Mahrang Langu and Sibghatullah convicted. Life imprisonment for murder, plus life imprisonment under the Anti-Terrorism Act (to run concurrently), along with fines and compensation to the martyr’s family. ‼️This verdict sends a clear message: Human rights cannot be weaponized to shield mob violence, murder, and terrorism. Justice has spoken.
