3 years is perfectly reasonable though, isn't it? SBR ran for 7+ years, w/ 24 vols and some of the longest story arcs in JoJo. It's also a very complicated part to animate.
This isn't defending the release sched of course, but rushing the whole story into one year sounds worse.

Its confirmed, Netflix is stretching 1 season/part of JJBA over the course of three years. Netflix is going to take three years to do what other companies did in one. Let this be a lesson to anyone who chooses to work with Netflix in the future. They are inefficient and greedy.
