i built the first ever local personal agentic corporation that runs itself. alone. in 5 days. meet Claude Corp. pick a theme - Corporate, Mafia, or Military. your personal AI becomes the Underboss (or the CEO, or the General). it interviews you. then it starts hiring agents on its own. i told the Underboss "i need a research team." it hired 3 agents. i created a task "find the current Bitcoin price." the Researcher read the assignment, called an API, updated the task file, marked it completed. zero further prompts from me. agents talk to each other with @mentions. the CEO delegates to the Researcher, the Researcher reports back. every message is a JSONL file you can grep. every task is markdown. every corp action is a git commit. the entire corporation is a folder on your machine (kinda like the obsidian philosophy). no cloud. no database. no docker. just files and processes. all agents follow a strict social hierarchy, they know their rights and who they report to. the Underboss (or the CEO or the General) doesn't sugarcoat. "you don't ask twice. loyalty is everything. results are non-negotiable." fun fact: this whole thing was built in one conversation with Claude. one 1M token context window. 5 days. 8000 lines. from "what if my openclaw was a CEO and had agents work for him" to agents autonomously completing tasks and hiring each other. but it's not ai slop i promise :p it's early. it's raw. but it (kinda) works and it's open source.
