@bernie_ple28263 Why is he starting against a LHP? He’s now up to an .815 OPS vs RHP. He’s at worst above average against RHP in his career but here we are. For every rant about Arias I’d like to see a rant about our piss pour management of him.

Why is Gabriel Arias wasting a challenge in the 2nd inning? And of course, he struck out swinging on a high fastball. Can't lay off that pitch.

@bernie_ple28263 The Arias hate is so silly at this point. The hate should be directed at the coaching staff jamming a square peg into a circle. I’m sitting at home on my ass and can identify he has reverse splits yet we keep starting him against LHP and are surprised of the results.

@SleeperGuards People thinking Rocchio is better than Lindor after the first 94 good games of his life are comical lol. Rocchio has played well this year but he isn’t better than a healthy Lindor.

@thesourapple1 So they ran it back and got the same results… shocker. Offense is hard to watch and has been for some time. Us being in 1st has more to do with the level of comp than our play

@bernie_ple28263 Nope. Arraez has value and would help alot with this lineup but not at the expense of Bazzana. For a rental of Arraez I’d be willing to partwith guys like Ingle, Kayfus, Brito, halpin, huff, Allen, naylor, etc. maybe even Manzo to make way for Ralph next year? Would need a RP too

@GuardsJoey This is before the HR vs another RHP. But this organization won’t adjust. Also small sample size but I find it hilarious he hits way better at home which this organization avoids RH because the park favors LH. Arias goes against everything they believe and they don’t wanna admit

@finkn23 Ripping into them when they’re just not good is pointless. SP is good. RP is ok. Anything related to offense is bottom 5. When you decide to play one sided and that one side has hiccups u end up with this. Our pitching has been inconsistent and can continue to overcome the poor O

However. If there’s anyone I’d bet could get better it’s him. The work ethic is 1 of 1. He’s a psychopath. If he puts his mind to it, determined to improve in the offseason, He will.

Bazzana has to figure it out at 2B. There’s nowhere else for him to go. The arm can never see the light of day in the OF. We’re stuck taking the lumps of it.

Ramirez & Martinez currently still account for 21.6% of the team's XBH on the 2026 season & 24.7% of their HR production despite both being out since 6/13/26.
You can't understate how much the offense desperately misses and needs them back for a playoff push.
