You might find this useful Don't waste your money going to buy waec certificate from your school. Schools have made it their thing to charge you a ridiculous amount just to pick your original waec certificate. Even worse, how long ago you sat for waec will determine how much more expensive it will be. Well, not anymore, you can now get your waec certificate from just your phone! I came across a post on Facebook yesterday talking about how she did hers, I went to comment section, people were agreeing so I went to try. My mum was a little worried it might be a sc..am site😂 so she called her brother who works in waec to confirm and he confirmed saying it was their way of curbing extortion from schools. It only cost me 10,500 but only because I didn't know I had my waec number in my file at home so I paid 3k for them to retrieve it for me. So if you do have your waec no, you just need 7,500 plus remita charges. Here's the simple steps. - Go to waec.org - Create an account - Enter login details - Click on access certificate - Follow the prompts to get your certificate. - Download it to your phone and head to a cyber cafe to print on brown conqueror paper Remember you're making payments online through your bank card or transfer using either Flutter wave or Paystack, I've had more experiences with Paystack so I used that. Also, if you retrieve your waec number from the site, it may take a while to come in, mine came in late at night even though it was approved around 5pm. So if you encounter same, just close the site and wait for it to enter your email then go back and proceed. .
