If not from the leadership collective, where does Cyril and Gwede take mandate from? What will the NEC discuss because the decisions have already been taken by the faction? I won’t be surprised if they post videos singing, because that is the only thing they are meeting to do! The once powerful ANC NEC has been reduced to a choir to rubber stamp decisions already taken by a faction.
