The answer is no because most TOS prohibit it. They cannot raise money for a convicted felon. Since Karmelo Anthony is an adult, they cannot raise money for him as if he were a teenager like before. If they use a platform and say it's for the family but then use it for Karmelo, they would be committing fraud.

We are status-focused, not race-focused. The distinction is important because race is a broad social classification, while status refers to a specific, verifiable historical and legal condition tied to U.S. chattel slavery and its aftermath. Freedmen Nation’s verification process is not based on skin color, ethnicity, DNA, or modern racial identity. It is based on documented genealogical evidence connecting an applicant to a person who held Freedmen status in historical records. We recognize that the institution of slavery operated within a racialized system. However, our eligibility standards are tied to a documented historical status, not to race itself. Two individuals may identify with the same race today, yet one may meet the verification standard and another may not. Our position is that remedies, protections, and benefits should be connected to the specific population that experienced the historical harm and its documented descendants, rather than to broad racial categories. So, while the historical context involved race, our verification standard is based on status and documented eligibility, not racial identity.

You say you never discuss race and are only "Freedmen status-focused," but your organization advocates for reparations and legal protections tied to a group whose defining characteristic is descent from formerly enslaved Americans. That's a lineage-based classification, but it's still inseparable from a historical racial classification. Calling it lineage instead of race doesn't make race irrelevant to the discussion. So, while "race" may never be discussed, you're not race-neutral. You're focused on a lineage that arose from a race-based historical institution, correct?
