✳️ ADASTRA Patient Interview #0001
I helped Shawn (@sheshn94) heal of almost 3 years of Stomach within days!
In this video interview Shawn & I discuss his health history, his journey towards healing, how is it that we got to work together 1-on-1 and more about the specific protocol that we implemented that allowed him to heal & resolve his stomach problems once and for all 👍
I hope that you enjoy the video as much as I enjoyed recording it! It’s my first video interview and very very soon I’ll be uploading more! If there’s any questions or doubts, let me know!
Date: Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025.
Patient Name: Shawn
Main Condition(s): Inefficient Stomach Digestive Mechanisms, Suboptimal Acetylcholine status, Cellular Respiration compromised.
Main Symptom(s): After meals, severe bloating & “heaviness”, compromised cognitive function & energy status, constant “sludge”-like feeling on the stomach.
Date of Symptom Origin: January 1st, 2023.
Date of Initial Protocol Implementation: November 9th, 2025.
Total Timespan of Symptoms: 1,049 days. 2 years, 10 months, 14 days. November 15th, 2025, resolution of most symptoms.
Key Strategies: Magnesium (Topical), B5 (Pantethine), B1 (Benfotiamine).

Effect of different foods on gallbladder volume/emptying
Spoiler: coffee with milk might be optimal
In the study below:
C is a yoghurt drink. In D they just added 3g of protein to the yoghurt drink and increased gallbladder emptying by about 40% .
Adding just 80mg of Curcumin (E) to the yoghurt more then doubled gallbladder volume change.
Almost as good as that was coffee (F), even though it contains very little fat.
And then among the best is semi skimmed milk (H).
Another interesting observation is that very little fat, had a strong effect on CCK and thus gallbladder emptying. So drinking your coffee with milk or cream seems optimal for bile excretion and probably part of the reason coffee helps with constipation.
Also adding a sprinkle of Curcumin to your yogurt, should make it a lot more effective.

@yoursimmo11 @realalejandroAD Two of the best hustlers, Ale and Simmo!
English

Intestinal bleeding, bloody stools & diarrhea for 18 months, resolved within DAYS.
This woman that Simmo asked me to help was dealing with such problems, with dysbiosis, polyps & with intestinal inflammation too. And anti-microbials didn't work. Probiotics didn't work. Ivermectin, Nystatin, CellCore's Para1/Para2... nothing seemed to work for her!
BUT the missing piece was simple: her BILE METABOLISM.
Her Phosphatidylcholine's status was low, which made her Bile Acids noxious & corrosive to her OWN intestinal lining. We corrected PC's status, and within days? Her symptoms gone.
Thank you Simmo for trusting me with her case! 🙏 (continue reading below!)

Someone close to me was struggling with crippling digestive issues for 18 months. We spent thousands on tests, colonoscopies, and functional docs. Nothing helped. Then we found Ale @realalejandroAD and within 7 days, 90% of her symptoms disappeared. Thank you sir. Incredible work.

@Giu1t Thank you! I’m glad that what I share has been insightful for you 🙏

@realalejandroAD I've worked with a lot of different practitioners in my life, but very few have actually delivered, not only a world-class result but with world-class service, too. Ale did both. Huge kudos to you and your approach.
English

Bile Acids are potent. They're MEANT to be potent—that's how they digest fat and kill microbes. But without adequate Phosphatidylcholine to shield them from your intestinal lining? They become corrosive to your OWN intestines.
They degrade the mucous layer, damage the epithelium, and if this continues long enough? Leaky Gut, Ulcerative Colitis, even Crohn's Disease can develop. Thus, PC & Methylation status are IMPERATIVE. They ensure Bile doesn't degrade the very tissue it flows through!
English

OK so yes, I do suggest to keep it relatively low & moderate on fat, the more dietary fat we consume, the more demand there’ll be on Bile Metabolism, and since we don’t have the PC & Methylation to support it in the first place… not a good idea!
Plus the symptoms & problems you may be dealing with can be exacerbated. So yes, while you address these problems, try to stay low fat 👍
English

@realalejandroAD Do you have to keep a lowfat diet while fixing these issues or just start taking these things in conjunction?? Porque la comida de nosotros yatusaves...
English

If you've been dealing with persistent GI Tract problems, specially digestive & bile related ones, and NOTHING seems to work, and you'd like to achieve healing once and for all?
DM me "ENERGY" to work privately 1-on-1 with me! I'm sure that together we will be able to identify the real problem behind your condition, and target it successfully!
English

Yes! I talked about it in the post. If you’re taking MethylB9, make sure to check your B12 intake too! Supplementing one without the other can impair your methylation, as you’re increasing Methylfolate status but not the one of Methylcobalamin, and that could create problems with MTR. Just something to keep in mind 👍

English

@realalejandroAD @CryptoDave42069 agreed, but isn't there another choline pathway that's independent of PEMT, the CDP-choline route? but yes i also admit to taking l-methylfolate.
English

Milk and le Kefir are VERY demanding on Bile Metabolism. They're heavy in saturated fat AND they're liquids—thus they can arrive into your small intestine quite fast, demanding IMMEDIATE digestion by Bile, AND in my experience,
If there’s a lack of Phosphatidylcholine within Bile? Their digestion WILL be most inefficient. You can get bloating, painful fullness, loose stools or straight up diarrhea. IF you address PC's status, I'm sure you'll be able to have an easier time with dairy 👍
English

OK got it, yes it sounds like there could possibly be a problem
with Methylation. I think if you take into account the factors that I mentioned in my answer, you would be able to assess if you really have a methylation problem as the core of your condition, or not! Either way, if there’s anything else I can provide guidance or help on, I reiterate you my availability 👍
English

@realalejandroAD I had an abdominal ultrasound that showed a mild fatty liver. I have been bothered with stools that look more yellow than I think they should be.

Yes exactly! HCY is of course a good marker to evaluate in order to assess your Methylation dynamics, however I’ve seen several cases where HCY levels are optimal/in range, alongside other Methylation markers, and there’s STILL Methylation problems (a lot of histamine intolerance, ultra poor alcohol detoxification/super heavy hangovers, and of course what I focus on; inefficient Bile Metabolism).
So we have to take a look to the complete picture in order to evaluate your Methylation dynamics & behavior efficiently;
• Symptoms
• Genetic Variations
• Health History
• Blood Markers (MMA, Red Blood Cell count & size and SPECIALLY the SAMe/SAH itself are great markers to measure in order to assess your Methylation behavior & competence)
Something else that is very insightful is your reaction to specific compounds like:
• Creatine & Phosphatidylcholine (most of SAMe goes towards fueling the synthesis of those two compounds)
• Betaine/TMG (Tri Methyl Glycine)
• And of course, SAMe, B9 & B12. You should be able to tolerate without negative reaction these compounds, if not, it reflects an inefficiency within Methylation as you’re not able to handle them properly!
And overall, your reaction to substances/foods/supplements that affect or demand in some way shape or form a competent Methylation, is also good insight on your Methylation’s behavior.
Let’s take the original post as an example, so if you’re not able to tolerate fatty foods? Most likely a problem with Bile, so it likely is a problem with PC synthesis thus with Methylation.
If CDP Choline/Citicoline supplementation creates negative impact? It’s likely a problemo with your Methylation, check pic attached! This guy Jared back in 2023 asked me about why he had a negative reaction to CDP Choline while his friends not only didn’t, but they DID get benefits from it. It’s an old explanation but the point still stands 👍
So as you can infer now, in order to COMPETENTLY assess Methylation behavior (thus PC status, per your original question) we need to evaluate the whole picture! HCY is a good start for sure, but yes we have to keep the previous points in mind.
But I wonder, what motivates you to ask, in particular? Do you want to just ensure your Methylation is efficient? Or is there a health problem you’re looking to resolve and you think Methylation could be the issue? If you feel comfortable, let me know!

English

@realalejandroAD Hey Alejandro. If homocysteine results in blood are good is it safe to assume the methylation patterns for choline are more or less in good shape? It's my case so I want to think a decent choline intake from eggs and liver should suffice.
English

@CryptoDave42069 @Leo_Abstract Hah well what can I say, I just hope that what I suggest & share is clear enough!
