@willnyguifarro1 I got a “you’ve insulted my seller” this week. I thought I didn’t go low enough
English

This is the easiest side-hustle ever.
Pick up a couple of these from Costco, post on Facebook marketplace and rent out for $15/each. We rent them almost every week from now through the end of summer.
They’re on sale at Costco and we just picked up a couple more.
You won’t get rich with 8 tables, but it’s about as passive as income will ever be.

English

@realconnerjohn Happens sometimes. Better to stop working on a deal that won’t go anywhere than to waste more time.
English

@lsferguson Yes it’s 40 trillion in debt but each year the us brings in 4 trillion. 20 years times 4 trillion… is a lot. And this didn’t even count state, county and city levels.

@JeffAuerbach3 @jasonjosephlee Hey Jeff. As a fellow Az realtor, keep it up!
English

@jasonjosephlee I’ve been a real estate agent full time for two years pal and things are going great.

12 Months Ago: Selling security for Vivint, making 150k-300k per year.
This Year: Fully self-employed, $500,000+ in take-home profit from real estate business, $1M added to net worth.
All while traveling for over 2 months out of the year.
That's the story of our client Brandon Evans, and here's exactly what we had him do:
-- Systems: RESimpli (CRM), Mercury (Banking), PropStream (Data)
-- Marketing: He scaled to 10 full-time cold callers for 4.50 / hour that were fully managed & trained for him. Some days, he gets up to 30 leads in a day.
If you want the same full-time English first agents he has for $4.50 / hour fully managed for you, just comment "CC" on this post.
-- Sales: He had a sales background, but he hired a lead manager and one of his buddies to help with the lead flow.
-- Liquidity: He did 4 flips and about 30 wholesale deals. About $750,000 in year 1 revenue, and $500,000 in take-home profit. He also bought a triplex for about $500,000 below market value & a few other deals.
It really can be that simple (Simple doesn't mean easy)..
Link in the comments to listen to his 20-minute video explaining more in-depth how he did this.

@dig_deeper1 Just present an offer 40k lower and go from there. Many owners would take it.
English

@realconnerjohn Cancel agreement and buy it later with an agreement owner to owner and bypass agents
English

Can you present an offer to a house that is in that market with these conditions:
Tell agent that you want to submit an offer $36K less without using agents, meaning that the buyers agent must present it to the sellers agent because it’s an offer and the sellers agent must present it to the seller.
Are the agents going to present it or nah?
They should since it’s an offer
English

@dig_deeper1 As the buyer I can’t make the seller cancel it. Many agreements are 6-12 months long. Not a one sided agreement.
English

@Polymarket $11 Billion?
That’s like 3 Somali daycares.

@indexnforgetit If your kid is actually working hard but struggling, especially if they are married with kids, it should be a parents duty to help. But that can look different. If you are a boomer with 5MM and you have 4 grandchildren and they need some help, why wouldn't you want to help?
English

@indexnforgetit Obviously there should be conversations sooner but inheritance is Biblical. But that doesn’t mean you wait around for it. You work hard and then your kids can benefit from the work on their grandparents and beyond. Families continue to be families even after 18.
English

Why does anyone feel entitled to their parent's money/assets?
Instead of counting future inheritance maybe time would be better spent getting to work to build your own legacy
daz@MetamateDaz
a friend’s boomer parents bought their home for $67,000 in 1993. Today, it’s worth ~$1,200,000 and he’s their only son so he thought he’d be a millionaire when they die but they just sold the house last week to enjoy their retirement 💀
