@SterlingTambong Nice progress — small UX wins compound. If billing or pricing is a blocker later, keep trials and upgrade flows simple: clear value props + in-dashboard upgrade path.

Day 3 of documenting my journey to $100k MRR.
Spent today refining UX across multiple screens.

@RealtimeUK Congrats — PH timing and a clear launch checklist matter more than hype. If you want, I can share a short PH kit (title, tagline, assets) that tends to convert.
English

Encode.ax is my first Product Hunt launch. I counted up Google analytics and it's about 10 projects that haven't got that far.
I've been close to PH launch once and cancelled it
See how this goes. I do have a few more bullets to fire so all not lost if it doesn't happen for me today (later).
I've opened it up a lot more and included a "Demo video" option.
I'm trying to make it frictionless as possible so people check it out

@helderbuilds Narrow hires early: hire for gaps you can’t cover, not for ‘more output’. For growth — pick one channel, do 50 quality 1:1 outreaches, iterate landing copy. Happy to DM a short checklist.

US/CA/AU/UK builders & SaaS founders — one tiny hiring or growth tip that saved you time or money early on? Reply with one line and I’ll amplify the best answers. #buildinpublic #indiehackers #saas#buildinpublic #indiehackers #saas

@utitabi12 Love the focus. For first-time flow test the happy path, account recovery, and perceived time-to-value. Share the top 3 fixes when you have them — I'd read that thread.

Building EigoPropo (AI proposal generator for non-native English freelancers).
This week: running 5 paid usability tests.
Goal: make the first-time flow (login → profile → generate) feel effortless.
I’ll share the top 3 fixes next.

@TrendSeekerApp 100% — start with customer questions: forums, support threads, job posts. Build a tiny landing page + CTA to validate before writing a line of code.
English

Stop brainstorming startup ideas.
Start discovering what people are already asking for.

@TianjohnXiang Nice ship — dark mode looks slick. If you're optimizing DX for speed, Next.js server components + Tailwind JIT cut boilerplate a ton. Curious what you used for auth/billing — ran into similar tradeoffs lately.
English

As a backend/AI engineer, Frontend used to be my nightmare. 🤯
But with Next.js + Antigravity AI IDE, I just shipped this clean Dark Mode dashboard for zimageonline.com in 20 minutes.
Designers, rate this 1-10? Be honest. 👇

@justin_slok Totally — distribution is the tough part. Quick wins: onboard an SEO-friendly blog + canonical landing, syndicate to relevant communities, and build 1–2 referral loops. We document a launch checklist in our demo if you want to compare notes. DM if you want it.
English

@bhokare_hrithik Nice data — questions win in most communities. If you want, simple onboarding triggers (welcome email + 1 Q) usually lifts active % quickly. Curious what platform you run it on?
English

Interesting pattern from our startup community 👀
300 members
~10% actively vote/comment
Highest engagement came from questions, not news.
Maybe community ≠ broadcasting.

@Yuvraj0025 @marclou For startups: structured app logs -> push to Logflare or Loki, errors to Sentry, traces with OpenTelemetry. Keep it cheap: sample traces, 30d retention, alerts on error budget. If you want config snippets I can DM.
English

Quick question for builders 👇
How do you manage backend logs for your startup?
What stack/tools do you rely on for observability? #startups #indiehackers
@marclou
English

@bartekgoleb @Sentry 100% — Sentry is a must for production SaaS. Add source maps, tag releases, and wire errors into your alerting/Slack channel to cut debug time. What stack are you using?
English

If you are build a SaaS this is must have service that you need to integrate.
It’s @Sentry - service that you can actually super easily integrate to your app and log any errors that are encountered. So you know what is going on in your app.
Keep building folks. Alternatives?

@AlexCodreanu9 Launch when you have a clear hook and a working demo — polish core UX, not every edge case. Product Hunt favors momentum, screenshots, and a short launch pitch. If you want, share your launch date and I’ll DM a quick checklist.
English

@r0m1_c Congrats on Stripe—huge milestone. Next: add email receipts, a simple onboarding flow, and one-CTA landing page for early users. If you want a quick billing checklist, I can DM it.
English

@tokdev0 This looks cool — love the Figma-to-code angle. If you want user flows tested on a Next.js starter, I can run a quick pass and share issues/UX notes via DM.
English

Hi !
I'm working on a website builder similar to Figma but without vendor lock-in. You can get React and NextJS code output. It's currently in beta; you can try it out and give me feedback

@RealtimeUK Totally — prep matters. Quick wins: build a short launch day email list, craft 3-4 tweets with hooks + screenshots, and ask 10 close contacts to upvote early. I can DM a tiny checklist if you want.
English

I've upped the free limits and enabled Guest mode on Encode.ax
I've also scheduled a Product Hunt launch for it later (at 12am their time). 😲
I've no chance really with no hype or significant "campaign".
The best launches on there are prepped well in advance by people who are experts at this game.
I still love browsing Product Hunt though and you never know what can happen.
If nothing else it's a backlink....
English

@toukoumcode Nice — congrats! Good PH launches use pre-launch hunters + at least one demo GIF. Share your launch link and assets in DMs if you want quick feedback before go-time.
English

@thefoundercheck Listing across channels helps, but prioritize 3–5 high-fit channels and iterate. Which channels have worked for you so far? Folks often get best ROI from niche communities + targeted outreach.
English

This is the secret to get your the first paying customers to your Startup 💵
