I know this page is usually jokes and laughs, but please take mental health seriously guys. Your biggest enemy can be yourself, and that’s the scariest shit ever. You never know what a person is battling with at any given moment. Every word and action can change someone’s day. More men and people in general need to accept and respect that mental health is a real and prominent issue within men. As someone who has struggled with it before, it’s a dark battle, and one you don’t feel like you can talk to anyone about, as crazy as it sounds. Just be there for them man, just talk to them and be a friend, a brother, a companion, anything to show them they are loved and seen in this world. It’s so important to know you are loved. Text them, call them, just check in. You don’t even have to talk about it, just talk to them like a brother and friends, ask them about their day, what they did, about anything man. Show them they are wanted and loved.
