The Hard Truth of Running A Youtube Business... Youtube is a great model, but once you get to a certain scale, all kinds of problems will arise and if you are not prepared it could hit you very hard. This week hasn't been the best. One of my verifications for advanced features seemed to have gone wrong. And this caused a chain reaction throughout all my newly set up channels, research channels, manager channels. (Around 10 channels gone, less than 1 month since first upload, not monetized or established). And 2 of my oldest channels got shadowbanned. People tend to say Shadowbans don't exist, i always thought the same. But it's something you will believe in once it happens to you. I still have some other monetized channels left and am trying everything i can to reverse this chain of horror. But take this as a warning to set up everything the right way. Think IP, Face verifications, Devices, Emails, Adsense and more all diversified. (Images below, 2 different channels both had evergreen videos that were consistent 1k+ /48h for 100-200+ days). ( I use a different E-mail for every channel and use both new and aged channels ).
