Gamer that enjoys many different types of games and drawing (sometimes). Also Murder Drones is a pretty cool show. Cars are pretty rad as well.
My theory is that Chapter 7 Side B is Undertale. Because of what Gerson says. Undertale is already programmed, so Toby could just copy+paste it into DR Side B. And that's not all. Sly Toby put NOELLE into the 10th anniversary version of UT. Coincidence? I think not!!

How it feels to be a fan of something that gets a little to no content for it:
