So, this happened today: I moved my Ender, turned it on, crackling sound and POOOF! Smoke. Well. 💩. Turns out I didn't isolate a 5V line properly and the buck converter blew up. Pi lives. Mainboard lives. Lucky me. 2h of work, but all is back alive.

@SrKrumps @Tweacky59 I'll soon get my second printer which will run Klipper, so I have some personal interest in the matter now :P When redesigning the network stack for iOS I already planned ahead for Klipper support, so hopefully it will be easy to add but I can't promise anything so far

@realoctoapp @Tweacky59 I'm so hapy to hear it, looking forward to it happening some day, using your app is the only thing I really miss since I switched to Klipper.

Turns out in the last 30 days there was a bug in OctoApp unlocking all features for everyone. I'm not sure how to handle this, for now I restored the intended state. To everyone who lost access, I'm really really sorry. I never want to take away features, this is an extreme case

@Smashbroser Happy to hear you like the app! Btw, most likely you saw the US price in the app for some reason with US tax but Google then charged the German price in Euro with MwSt - could you send a bug report to me from the FAQ menu? Would like to see your settings :)

@Smashbroser That is pretty weird, all pricing is done by Google. You shouldn't even see Dollar in Germany. Drop me a mail to hello@octoapp.eu, I can refund you the difference 🙂

@realoctoapp @OctoPrint3D Hi, I am testing the app on WearOS. It's very cool but I expected the image to refresh smoothly (now it's reloaded every 5-6 seconds). Is this a limit of WearOS?

That took longer than expected...turns out WearOS has some weird issues like not being able to access the local network if not charging?! But here you go, all your @OctoPrint3D on your wrist. Start, observe, cancel, pause, change temperatures, turn devices on or off, ...
