BREAKING: The SEC has reportedly eliminated the Pattern Day Trader rule, replacing it with a new intraday margin system. The requirement to maintain a $25,000 balance to engage in day trading is being scrapped.

Please note that #FINRA has approved that the #PDT rule requirement for day trading will be decreased from 25K to 2K. We anticipate this change will occur in 2026. @tastyliveshow

$KEY pretty crumby chart to begin with, then a fade into earnings, and now looks like it wants to roll over again. Then: 30k Nov $18 calls written today. That is a bit too close to the to the money to be a overwrite by any serious bull. Looks like a dog, acts like a dog, smells like a dog...
