Bill of Rights (Amendments 1-10):
1. First Amendment - Freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition.
2. Second Amendment - Right to bear arms.
3. Third Amendment - Protection from quartering of troops.
4. Fourth Amendment - Protection from unreasonable searches and seizures.
5. Fifth Amendment - Rights of the accused regarding criminal prosecutions, due process, self-incrimination, double jeopardy, and eminent domain.
6. Sixth Amendment - Rights of accused persons in criminal prosecutions, including right to a speedy and public trial, an impartial jury, to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation, to confront witnesses, and to have counsel for defense.
7. Seventh Amendment - Right to jury trial in civil cases.
8. Eighth Amendment - Prohibition of excessive bail, fines, and cruel and unusual punishments.
9. Ninth Amendment - Protection of rights not specifically enumerated in the Constitution.
10. Tenth Amendment - Powers not delegated to the U.S. by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
