What people actually voted for.

It took several days to count every ballot in 2020, and it’s very likely we won’t know the outcome tonight either. So please keep a few things in mind as you make your voice heard today: – Thousands of election workers around the country are working hard today. Respect them. Thank them.  – Don’t share things before checking your sources.  – Let the process run its course. It takes time to count every ballot.

They think they can buy America. Setup lavish lifestyles for the judiciary. Acquire political allegiance through their PACs. Gobble up the 4th Estate. Dangle million dollar lotteries for your vote. What they cannot buy is your integrity. They cannot buy your determination to preserve the American dream. For you and your loved ones. They cannot stifle your compassion for the vulnerable amongst us. They cannot silence your demands for justice and accountability. This election is about whether America belongs to its people, or to unscrupulous billionaires and the politicians who do their bidding.

Oof. This got me right in the feels.

What to expect: - He will declare victory before all the votes are counted, like last time. - At the same time, he will continue to push bogus narratives about the election being stolen from him. - Elon and his propagandists will amplify it on this platform. They're pushing outrageous claims every day, many originating from Russia. - His supporters will swarm voting precincts trying to intimidate election officials, delay the count, anything to overwhelm the process with chaos and cast doubt on the results. - It will rain frivolous lawsuits as they try desperately to usurp the will of the people. Your job: - Remain resolute. Remain focused. Block the noise. - Don't let them intimidate you or turn you away from casting your ballot. Your voice will and must be heard. Your vote MUST be counted. Together, we will withstand what they throw at us. Together, we will finally move beyond this ugly chapter in our history. We are not going back.

The choice is clear:

DC should be a state. Pass it on.

If you never thought you'd see the day when a Cheney supported a Democrat for President, that day is today. The coalitions for democracy are growing. The fight against fascism is transcending hard party lines. Donald Trump divided America beyond recognition over the past 8 years. America will reunite despite his best efforts to keep us fractured. We were never just a building he could lay siege to...or a document he could threaten to suspend. We are an idea. An idea that has withstood the test of time for almost two and a half centuries. An idea that overcame the odds and toppled a tyrannical occupation. An idea that fought for freedom here and abroad for over a century. An idea rooted in rule of law and equal opportunity. An idea that will withstand the likes of Donald Trump.

I am just so tired of listening to MAGA Republicans lie. Just... weary.

I thought the reporters traveling with Kamala might be a little lonely given that she never answers questions from them, so I figured I’d come say hello and check out my new plane while I was at it.

Predictions: - Kamala Harris will win both the popular and electoral vote in November. - Trump will declare victory in key states the night of the election, well before any of the results are finalized…shades of 2020. - He’ll do it to activate his coup 2.0 plan, contesting the results and trying to prevent certification. - His cadre of billionaires, including the owner of this site, will enthusiastically support him in this endeavor. They couldn’t care less about the will of the people. They’re in it to amass wealth, power and influence. - His acolytes in Congress will join suit, demanding contested results be adjudicated by the higher courts, where they have people standing by to do their bidding. It will be a more organized version of their 2020 attempt. I say this not to make you anxious. It’s to prepare you for the road ahead. Over the next 97 days you’ll be inundated with propaganda, especially here. They’ll push the “they’re flying in illegals to vote” nonsense and every wild conspiracy they can conjure to whip their base into a frenzy. Your timelines will be overrun by Elon’s bots and trolls. STAY FOCUSED. You’ll hear about voter rolls being purged. Check your status often. Get others to check theirs. REMAIN UNDETERRED. If you want to see the change you seek, you have to vote for it. You have to get others engaged in this fight. This is our calling. Our turn to repel fascism and return America to her ideals. We have 97 days. We hold the line. We win.
