@PeterC148 Hi, our staff will tell customers to keep there feet off and bigger suitcase etc should be storage over head storage and luggage racks. There is also announcements are made on socials and the train to remind customers of this. ^Hayley

😡Please keep feet off the seats! Yes, someone really did think it was fine to put their dirty work boots on the seats on a service last week, before being told by on-board crew to shift them! It's not fair on other passengers & it's not fair on our hard working cleaning teams.
