@UK_Daniel_Card hahaha, will do. I use a MacBook Pro (16") when on-site. When I go away I only VPN back to base and RDP. So having something much lighter for non consulting days/emergency carry is very appealing. Touch ID with my preferred password manager is a breeze too. Will report back!

Ah you git you got the 512 :D I should have gone with that coz it has the fingerprint reader :D lemme know what you think. It's been too cold for me to go out out so my field trip with mine was; it stayed in a bag on my back whilst I cycled :D it is light (about the same as a MacBook Air)

lol, ok. I know the 3 Valleys very well. I had a ski accident there one year (Meribel): broke two ribs, fractured a vertebra and got a tiny skull fracture. I didn't land a jump the right way up!! I stopped doing jumps after that... Anyway, I recommend the run on a clear sunny day. It's good. (disclaimer, I'm a skier - boarders may struggle on some of the flat parts).

Honestly, I love snowboarding 🏂 trips!

lol, the name of a piste run into St Martin, accessible from Meribel (top of the Tougnette 2 lift). It starts as a red then has a long, flowing blue run down into St Martin. There's a lift that takes you back towards Méribel. It's a brilliant run. Near the bottom is a nice restaurant for a cheeky beer.
