But I guess in the grand scheme of things, especially with casted talent, people are going to buy whether or not they need or want the product. That Poppi commercial was ass though they should not have paid $6m+ for that 😭

Do Super Bowl commercials actually increase sales? Or do they just give companies bragging rights and a fight for who can be the most creative? Also, if they DO increase sales, is it because of the product or because of the creativity/celebrity casting?

You’re telling me that this whole time I could do the thing I love the most (writing) and make a ton of money and still have time do stuff other stuff I enjoy? The education system really has failed us in so many ways lol

If you aren't writing in a journal at least once a day, you're missing out on: 1. Unknown, undiscovered ideas. 2. Stress relief. 3. Copy practice. 4. Free therapy. 5. A HUGE form of manifestation.

I've heard so many freelancers gripe over agencies and I guess I lucked out because I will work with this agency for as long as our crossed paths allow.

Re: this tweet. Just left comments on my own submitted flows with edits and messaged the account manager letting him know if the designer can’t fix it, I won’t sleep tonight. It is 2am where he is! I’m a joy to have in class.

My biggest flaw yet my by best professional attribute is perfectionism. It can always be better. It can always improve. Problem is, if I’m assigned work due within that same day, I’m not given the time to rethink and re-edit. Yes, this gives me nightmares. :)

I saw someone on LinkedIn bring up “in today’s fast-paced digital world”, saying it’s boring and overused. And I raise you: “Here’s the thing:” “The good news is:” Just say you use ChatGPT for everything and move on.

I only say this cause it’s super cheap to build my dream house here and guess who can finally start thinking about BUILDING HER DREAM HOUSE BY THE OCEAN? THIS GIRL.

Money doesn’t buy happiness. Okay. But it BROUGHT me clarity. I thought I hated where I lived because it just sucked (it kinda does). But I actually just hated the lifestyle I had while living here. Now I’m making money. I needed to change my mindset, not my environment.

As someone who writes copy (e-commerce emails mostly), ChatGPT has been super helpful but also so frustrating. Although it's helped me evolve angles and ideas... It has the ability to make assumptions, pull unconfirmed facts, and truly misunderstand the goal as a whole.

My ChatGPT process for copy: Make the prompts as specific as possible with lots of different variations. Copy and paste to a doc. Write MY OWN COPY and use what's pasted by pulling the manageable parts. Write kickass copy that my clients love and their audiences love more.

It's so silly that I used to be too scared to post my writing on Instagram or post IN GENERAL on TikTok
