Aspen Institute just released a 72 slide "Benefits Scorecard." It's fun. And it totally misses the problem: benefits tied to employers. What if... stick with me... we stopped pretending employers were some sort of patriarchal savior? THE PEOPLE NEED BETTER PRODUCTS AND TOOLS.

This sexist, lazy and mean spirited article is deeply embarrassing for the New York Times, and sends yet another message to women founders who already feel like they’re building with a target on their backs.

Very true - my main guidance for folks starting out is to worry less about the long term plan- you can’t know what’s going to happen- jump on the opportunities that align with your values and you’ll have built a career to be proud of.
Adam Grant@AdamMGrant

Big career decisions don’t come with a map, but all you need is a compass. The right next move is the one that brings you a step closer to living your core values. In an unpredictable world, you can’t make a master plan. You can only gauge whether you’re on a meaningful path.

It was clear from my first conversations with @kbakes and the rest of the CRV team that they were the right partner for Little Otter. Beyond excited to work with such an amazing crew going forward!
CRV@CRV

Only 20% of kids with an impairing mental health disorder receive care. @LittleOtterCare is changing that. We led the Series A and support women like @helenegger @rebeccaegger who use tech AND science to deliver the care families deserve. #PowerToTheFamily medium.com/crv-insights/f…
