Quickly vibe coded 3D breakout game with GitHub Copilot to use face tracking to control the paddle (and also adjust the board so it appears to move correctly for the players viewpoint). I should be doing a million other things but was more fun.

Tonight's mini hack: self modifying code Copilot CLI can build and hot reload it's own typescript extensions. Should we ship it?

Building a simple app with AI isn't always ... simple. 👀 @reddobowen learned a lot from creating a countdown app with GitHub Copilot, like managing context windows, using the Plan agent, and sticking to test-driven development. He ties it all together in this deep dive to keep Copilot on track. 👇 github.blog/developer-skil…

New in @code Insiders: The switch_agent tool allows Copilot to automatically change the agent being used for better results. Here, Copilot decided my query was too complex and kicked me into plan mode automatically to better specify my prompt:

Agentic self-verification is a superpower in @code with GitHub Copilot Here's how you can do it too: 1. Add Playwright to your project. 2. Add rules so the agent always self-verifies its work and iterate until the task is successfully completed. 3. Have the agent always take screenshots for me to quickly review when running multiple agents.

@mrmagan_ the only thing that's bothering me is that once copilot starts, it's non interactive. with claude you can hint it and it will integrate the recent message in the current flow, no need to stop it
