I think it's a neat and constant tragic reminder that Sherry will never live a normal life ever again. Also, I'm worried they're just gonna get rid of Jake entirely. 😭

And in RE4R the only thing cut is the ramon statue section, and thanks to Seperate Ways DLC, the other stuff that were cut appeared there
