@charlespaynter That’s right, I brought it from Dale and had it maybe 3years. Got on very well with it, but still didn’t do much compared to the Avatar, needed a more conventional drill in the end as contracting dropped off with people buying drills on grants so had to let it go unfortunately

@redmanmatt Yes it’s at 9 m currently. Hired it then bought it from Amtec (Ellis Machinery) Dale say it originally belonged to a elderly Dale family member and did very little work🤷

A difficult field not sown in the spring. Entered into NUM3, left to weed up, sprayed off to prevent BG seeding. Now being sown to cheap barley/mustard cover crop at our cost & to chit BG again. Will be sown to NUM3 in the spring after spraying off BG. SFI working for us

@RTKfarmer @bencm305 @Ed_Farmer_Ford You can spec either, but 4inch is more common for drill pipe work, it’s lighter up the side of the cab etc and was recommended over 6inch for air/material flow by Horsch

@Ed_Farmer_Ford @RTKfarmer The cultivator is plumbed up for drilling but I don't think its been used as a drill for a couple of years. Its quite crude tbh, 100% would do a job if needed but generally used as a cultivated then drilled properly.

Anyone got a 6m Amazone combination drill with front tank setup that could send me some pictures of the drill toolbar and how it mounts to the powerharrow? Or even better, anyone have the toolbar part for sale? I’ve got the front tank and power harrow..

Whilst I don’t like sitting on hold to the RPA, the option to do so would be useful… a call back is pointless when it’s guaranteed to be when I’m away from the office with none of the information to hand I need to discuss.. @JanetHughes
