@riotgames i think there's something crucially wrong with your matchmaking and elo/mmr system and would really appreciate if you can do something about it, or at least help me to recover my account back to its proper matchmaking

sometimes you take shortcut or you leave out smth because the whole flow is more important than anyth else n you dont want overly distracting element. there's so many things you'll have to balance and it doesnt turn out good all time, in fact it rarely does. so i think its impt..
