Nothing to see here, just the Trump officials who'd oversee an Insurrection Act invocation and then martial law declarations moving onto military bases. Miller, Bondi, Rubio, Hegseth, Noem, the secretaries of the Army and Navy...
Pay no attention to this. nytimes.com/2026/03/10/us/…

According to CSIS analysis of Pentagon data, the US is spending ~$891 million per day on the Iran conflict in its early phase. This covers air operations (~$30M/day), naval (~$15M), ground forces, and munitions. Pentagon reported ~$6B for the first week (~$857M/day average). Some estimates reach $1B+ when including full replenishment; costs are expected to decline as Iranian launches drop. Official totals pending.

Bookmark this one, folks. Gas prices go up the closer we get to summer regardless, but a shooting war in the Middle East that has basically closed off traffic through the Strait of Hormuz will only make things worse.

TAPPER: When will gas prices go back down? CHRIS WRIGHT: You never know exactly the timeframe of this, but in the worst case this is a weeks, not a month thing

Rubin: "MS NOW reports there is at least one witness for whom 3 interviews with the FBI in rapid succession in 2019 are missing [from the Epstein files]. What's the big deal? We can also confirm that woman is the same person who in a 2025 FBI presentation is identified to have accused Donald Trump of a sexual assault when she was between 13 and 15 years old."

@USAmbEU The US: Europe needs to take more responsibility for their own defense
The EU: *starts producing their own weapons*
The US: No, not like that.

The United States opposes any efforts to incorporate European preference in the EU Defense Procurement Directive. We fully support European rearmament and a revitalization of the European defense industrial base. However, European preference in the Directive would undermine member state flexibility to make national procurement purchases, hinder European rearmament efforts, create barriers for Allies reaching NATO capability targets, and run counter to European commitments in the 2025 U.S.-EU Joint Statement on trade and Reciprocal Defense Procurement Agreements.

NEW: I caught the DOJ deleting a record showing Ghislaine Maxwell has potential blackmail on Trump. The document reveals that DOJ gave Maxwell's lawyers three FBI interviews with an underage Trump accuser that have not been released to the public.

@RpsAgainstTrump @SethAbramson @RepThomasMassie @RepRoKhanna FYI, 98% of material hasn’t even been shared
English

@kaitlancollins @RepRoKhanna @kaitlancollins you need to ask why the DOJ has only released only 2% of the files and material related to Epstein. Per @Channel4News.

Rep. Ro Khanna on Les Wexner's upcoming deposition: "He has a lot to answer for, but it's not just him. My view is every single person who has emailed showing that they visited the island, especially after Epstein was a convicted pedophile, should be coming before the Congress and answering questions and be investigated. And the Justice Department should start a special prosecution investigatory committee into this issue."

Not only did Trump fail to learn any lessons from covid, but his public health policies have somehow gotten far more dangerous and destructive in Trump 2.0. God forbid he & RFK Jr have to handle a global pandemic. We'll be pining for the days of Dr. Birx. publicnotice.co/p/rfk-jr-moder…

@RepThomasMassie @JudiciaryGOP @AGPamBondi @grok how long would it take for AI to properly redact the names of victims and remove redaction from any other names on the 3 million documents?
English

Yesterday in @JudiciaryGOP, @AGPamBondi hurled personal insults instead of answering my legitimate questions about major gaps and serious flaws in the Epstein Files Transparency Act document production.

VAN HOLLEN: Did you in fact make the visit to Epstein's private island?
LUTNICK: I did have lunch with him as I was on a boat going across on a family vacation. My wife was with me as were my 4 children and nannies. I had another couple with their children. And we had lunch on the island. That is true. For an hour. And we left with all of my children.

@kaitlancollins @grok list the names of the companies or people that paid to have the 300 million dollar ballroom built?
