@teachthemx3 My dad (middle school guidance counselor-yikes) for 35 years, retired a bit early. My sister was an elementary school teacher. Also retired early. Both blamed declining schools, wild kids, lack of assistance from parents & administrators...they saw the writing on the wall.

There are several teachers in my building who are leaving education without a new job offer. Some said they might drive for Uber or DoorDash, and another might apply at Target. They are done with education. Leaving with no plan is better than staying in the dysfunctional environment, in their opinion.

Hold up a minute. I was watching the video and I had to pause, rewind it and watch it again. It was sounding good until she named Pee-wee Herman, which had some sex issues and then on the other side, she named a bunch of black athletes.. is it me or am I bugging? Did she just take shots to demonize black men or people in someway? to say that she got Black people in hell around her or something like that. She talking about biting off ears and stuff like Black people are savages or less humane. I don’t know. Let me know X community. Is that low-key racism?
