If you're LIVE 🔴 in the middle of streaming and you come into my chat to just drop an emote or say hi and IMMEDIATELY leave.

That doesn't look like you're supporting me it looks like you're just putting your name there so people will click, see you're live, and go watch you.
I want to be clear this is different than just keeping someone's stream up while you stream, in the background as a means to help their CCV and show you support them. This is someone entering, saying something, and exiting. That doesn't help anything all especially if all you're doing is dropping an emote or saying hi then leaving.
Don't think I don't notice, because I do. I've seen it happen multiple times both with myself and others and multiple offenders. Of course I'm always cordial, but I'm reaching a point where genuinely I might start saying something for repeat offenders in my own chat because I'm tired.
