Was listening to this in the car home after the game, and my immediate thought was, why the fuck would you say this stuff as a football manager?

@COYRCOYRCOYR I think we as a fanbase need to unite and create a huge noise against the board. This is a reaction from a Head Coach, who cares about Barnsley and the supporters, wanting to keep us in the know. It’s the owners who have zero ambition for the club

Anyone can glaze how much they put into the club and the reality is - when owning a club there is a ridiculous amount of money lost However that is inexcusable. Either sell up or start investing more to meet the new demands for promotion. Because this isn’t good for either of us

What actually is the boards plan with this football club? They've mentioned in the past about how much more revenue there is in the championship and how promotion is key and what? After there own mismanagement and cockups there just throwing in the towel? Fans deserve better.
