The Washington uniparty struggles to agree on any issue, except when it comes to expanding powers that undermine Americans’ civil liberties. With overwhelming bipartisan support, with 235-191 votes, the House has now passed the reauthorization of FISA 702 without any reforms. Trump, who once campaigned on ending the illegal and warrantless surveillance of Americans, is now supporting an expansion that gives the government more unchecked power, even agreeing to give up his own privacy. And it’s not just the U.S. government with access to these private communications. Under a 2009 agreement, that data is also shared with the Israeli government, without clear, legally binding limits on its use.

We can't wait to make our case in court where both the truth and the law are on our side. This lawsuit has always been a baseless and jealous bid to derail a competitor. We'll also finally have the chance to question Mr. Musk under oath before a jury of Californians about this attempt to undermine our work to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity.
