Our goal, when successful by the end of this year, will be the start of making solvent extraction the way of whale oil - no longer needed or relevant. youtu.be/jHtNTBO4vFI?si…

@Amerresources & ReElement Technologies applaud the U.S.–Japan initiatives announced March 19 to strengthen supply chain resilience and energy security—especially in critical minerals. From joint R&D to expanded production and deep-sea resource development, this collaboration is key to meeting future demand, supporting national defense, and driving economic growth. We’re proud to advance partnerships across the Pacific—from deep-sea nodule refinement programs to sustainable rare earth supply chains—and look forward to continued collaboration with Japan and global allies. ReElement Technologies has filed a new patent application designed to complement Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) — enabling ultra-high-purity lithium production from brines. “DLE works exceptionally well at extraction and concentration. Our chromatography platform excels at separation and purification,” said CEO Mark Jensen. DLE delivers the concentrated lithium stream. ReElement focuses on the chokepoint: converting that stream into high-purity, battery-grade product. Integrated together → a more efficient, scalable, and economically competitive pathway to battery-grade lithium. This marks ReElement’s 8th next-gen patent filing as it builds a modular, lower-footprint refining model deployable in the U.S. and allied nations. finance.yahoo.com/news/reelement…

ReElement Technologies is strengthening the technical foundation to scale our multi-mineral refining platform. We’ve expanded lab capacity, added key technical talent, and enhanced analytical capabilities (XRD, ICP-MS, ICP-OES, particle sizing) to accelerate product qualification and purity validation. Commercial programs now support: • Gadolinium (99.9–99.999%) • Gallium (99.5–99.999%) • Germanium (99.9–99.999%) • Terbium (99.5–99.999%) • Yttrium (99.9–99.999%) Lab execution drives plant-scale performance—advancing domestic and allied refining capacity for critical minerals. accessnewswire.com/newsroom/en/me…

Four more columns being set up in Noblesville facility for daily Germanium production while large columns being installed in Marion. These are the smaller columns we use but will be the largest Germanium dioxide production in the United States until Marion facility comes online this summer. @Amerresources $arec

Digging moat deeper with patent protection of our process and feedstocks. 7 patents currently and multiple others in the works. Productivity, versatility and scale of our technology will be showcased at warp speed this summer! Recycled material and ore bodies. Feedstock often comes up. Answer: We produce from virgin ore and recycled content. We have been developing feedstock relationships for years overseas that want to be a part of the next industrial revolution in the United States. Africa, South America, SE Asia. Rare Earth magnets started in Indiana and now Marion, IN will be home of the largest production of rare oxides in the United States by the end of the year.

Reports are out that the U.S. is stepping away from price floors for critical minerals — an important signal that long-term competitiveness must be built on economics, not subsidies. At ReElement Technologies and American Resources, we don’t build our business on price floors. We build it on cost competitiveness. Our multi-mineral, multi-feedstock refining platform is designed to compete head-to-head in global markets. By operating with low chemical use, lower environmental impact, and a smaller physical footprint, we achieve meaningfully lower CapEx and OpEx than legacy refining methods. The critical minerals industry is still early, and clarity matters. Supply-chain resilience will be achieved through collaboration and innovation — not imitation. Our focus is on building durable, scalable solutions that enable true U.S. and allied mineral independence.

I definitely think we are the only company that would be excited about no price floors.... That being said we do believe government is focused on industry as a whole and is trying make the best decisions for the industry / country. In our opinion, what all businesses should be doing is not worrying so much about what government is willing to do for them (and bad mouthing their competition to stay relevant) and instead focus on making your business better every day. Focus on cost controls and optimizing for efficiency. I get with solvent that it is essentially impossible to "improve" as the limitations with solvent are real - lack of versatility, high capex requirements, high chemical use, huge footprint, feedstock inflexible, huge maintenance and water issues and the list goes on. That's why in 2015 we started our four year journey to evaluate the right technology / process for the future and knew that it was not solvent or solvent related and instead purpose built @ReElementTech. In 2026 we will showcase the results in Marion and Noblesville. @Amerresources $AREC @royaltymgmtcorp $RMCO
