Upper Midwest Football Officials Clinic (est. 1994) would like to thank players, coaches, school administration for allowing our officials to work scrimmages this spring. Coaches were very complimentary of the work & commitment to college football.

Upper Midwest Football Officials Clinic (Established & Trademarked 1994) would like to congratulate Ron Torbert with his Super Bowl LIX assignment. Ron was a clinician at several UMFOC events. Ron's last appearance was April 12, 2019. Have a great game Ron!

@reffootballtalk Result of the play would of been the same for both fouls by K.... 5 yards previous spot unless R recovered as can tack on the Illegal block. Replay can come in and help create that blocking foul if necessary. Eligibility to Block ARTICLE 12 (A.R. 6-1-3-II)

2024 Upper Midwest Football Spring Scrimmages Wrap Up. Thanks to all that participated & helped out this spring. We will be sending out August scrimmage dates at the end of July in preparation for 2024 season.

Nice job by Ryan Freese & crew working MN State Mankato vs Northern State Spring Game in Sioux Falls, SD on Saturday. Crowd of 1,500 + and OT period made a great event for players, Coaches & officials.

Nice job by the crew that worked Winona State University spring game on Saturday. They used replay for the first time which was a great experience for players, coaches & officials.

Hiked Camelback Mountain with Jerry Tiegs & Bob Warda. Both have retired from college & HS football making great contributions to the game. Great guys retired in AZ.

Looking forward to scrimmage today at Concordia St Paul at 9 am. Had major snowstorm last night in Minneapolis. Drive safe & dress warm. Got to love spring football. Trying to get out of Marriott parking lot.
