@YaboyOringe System Update Ver. 22.1.0 for Nintendo Switch 2 was just released earlier, it fixes this issue. 😃

@YaboyOringe This will be fixed in a future update. In the meantime you can disable Handheld Boost Mode while playing, as the game will already run at high quality.

Patch notes for PC only: - Fixed some effects not covering the entire screen when playing on ultrawide and narrow screens. - Fixed a message during online play that wasn't properly centered when playing on ultrawide and narrow screens. - Fixed some item names that contained garbage characters in the Japanese version. - Fixed typos on the Japanese version of the tutorial menu.
