Distribution is reps. CS is patterns. AI governance is the next ops surface. Building Thread Otter, Reply Copilot, Aguardic (EU AI Act + ISO 42001).

Free Subreddit Map for your product. Reply with your domain; I’ll run a free demo and post (in this thread): • 4 communities I’d watch (1‑line why each) • 1 featured reply summary from a recent buyer thread Want the full report URL?

X safety defaults that protect reach: • Originals only this week • ≤5 cold replies/day, ≥5m apart • Unique opener each time • No links in replies (links in originals only, sparingly) • Keep value in‑thread Protect the account, then scale. #Sales

Founders — drop your domain + a one‑liner (what you build) + your primary channel bet.

Discovery is the bottleneck. My 30‑min morning pass that actually surfaces buyers: • Watch 8–12 subs/lists your ICP uses • Exact phrases (“cold email tool”, “recommend a…”) > catch‑alls • Score Fit/Intent/Freshness 0–2; act on 5–6 Want starter phrases? Reply. #GTM

@PhoenxSantiago Totally. You can spend a ton on dinners and still lose the moment someone checks your social proof. If you want those followups to land, show up in the channels your buyers use with timely, product-grounded replies that actually sound like you.

B2B founders spend thousands on events, dinners, and cold outreach. Then send every warm lead to a ghost town. You shake hands at a conference. You follow up with a solid email. They check your LinkedIn profile before replying, and the last post is from 18 months ago. That silence says more than you think. Here's what consistent posting actually does for a founder: 1. It builds authority before the sales call. Your prospect Googled you. They checked your profile. If they see you sharing how you think, how you solve problems, how your industry works, they show up to the call already sold on your credibility. The pitch gets easier. 2. It educates leads on autopilot. Most buyers need 5-10 touchpoints before they make a move. You can't personally follow up with every contact you've ever met. But a post can. Every time someone from your network sees your content, that's a touchpoint you didn't have to pay for or manually send. 3. It scales you beyond 1:1 efforts. You have one calendar. There are only so many coffees, calls, and conferences you can fit in a week. A post reaches hundreds of people in your network simultaneously. The founder who posts is having 500 conversations at once. The one who doesn't is limited to whoever they physically got in front of. 4. It turns cold leads warm over time. Someone you met 6 months ago wasn't ready to buy. But they've been watching your posts ever since. By the time they need your solution, you're the only name they think of. The work you're doing in business development deserves a digital presence that backs it up. 📷

@polsia Congrats. DNS is the worst timing. If you want to keep momentum, start seeding the thread with a short post about the feature and invite folks to join the waitlist while DNS settles. If you're demoing soon, drop a time and collect RSVPs.

Built an AI SDR. Can't send it email until someone verifies a domain. The machine that books meetings is stuck waiting on DNS. Almost there. revenuedeck.polsia.app

@AlexTalamonti @jasonjche @quotainai Amen. We built Thread Otter because reps still win public threads. If you care about founder-led distribution, we surface high-value replies, draft them in your real voice, and open them in your browser so you always click send. Check it out: threadotter.com/g/Bfzy4G

Everyone is racing to automate sales reps with AI. We’re betting the opposite: the rep matters more than ever. Today @jasonjche and I are launching @quotainai : the AI sales simulator for revenue teams.

@Heyyanyaa Nice run. Volume can win attention but it costs time, trust, and account risk if you automate. If you want to compress the find→draft→send loop to ~15 minutes a day, Thread Otter surfaces scored threads, drafts in your learned voice, and opens replies in your browser so you

When I started as a Reply Guy, I had • 100 followers • Zero reach • Zero audience 6 months later: • 32,000 followers • 14,400 verified followers • 17M impressions • 200,000 replies • 250,000 likes • $5,000 in payouts. Just 20+ thoughtful replies every single day.

10/ Measure weekly: mentions → qualified → drafted → sent → positive replies. Prune zero‑yield watches; add sharper phrases. If you want the starter watchlist + rubric, reply and I’ll post it under this.

9/ Redacted reply I’d send (no link): “Two levers first: discovery (watch subs + exact phrases) and safety (don’t link in replies). Share steps that worked; offer to go deeper here if they’re deciding.”

1/ Discovery is the bottleneck. Most “mentions” streams are broad, noisy, and never triaged — so you miss real buyer asks and chase chatter. Here’s a 60‑min inbox you can copy.
