Brightlingsea Regent Walking Football Club

Results didn’t go our way today at the opening Sunday of our league—fine margins in both teams games. We will get back to training next week, regroup, and look to put things right next time out. One of our players who stepped in to deliver first aid… to a pair of boots that somehow ended up in the bin afterwards! Thanks to Holland on Sea for hosting—great setup and hospitality. On to the next 💪

A misty morning on 8th March but still a great turnout for training. Robin led the warm-up to get everyone moving, followed by some enjoyable small-sided play. Great effort from everyone who came along – a brilliant way to start the day ⚽🌫️🔴⚫️

Fantastic turnout at training on 22nd February 🙌 Great to see so many faces down this morning — and especially brilliant to welcome some returning players back into the group 💪⚽ Mark kicked things off with some excellent drills to get everyone moving and sharp from the start. Energy was high, effort was there, and the team spirit was clear to see. Another strong session — well done everyone! 👏

On Friday 21st February we held our Club AGM and it was fantastic to see such a positive turnout and engagement from everyone who attended. There were some great comments and constructive suggestions shared on the night, all focused on helping our club continue to grow while staying true to our ethos making our club stronger.

Walking football training in Brightlingsea was excellent, with a fantastic turnout of 22 players. The session was well organised, energetic, and full of enthusiasm, with a great mix of ability and experience on show.
