SOTTO NAMES RELATIVES IN GOVERNMENT SERVICE IN LATEST SALN Senate President Tito Sotto has listed several family members holding government positions in his 2025 Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN), which he made public on Wednesday. In his declaration, Sotto named his son, Quezon City Vice Mayor Gian Sotto; daughter, Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) Chairperson Diorella Maria "Lala" Sotto-Antonio; nephew, Parañaque City Councilor Victor Eriko "Wahoo" Sotto; and nephew, Pasig City Mayor Victor Mari Regis "Vico" Sotto, as among his relatives in government service. He also identified family members employed in his Senate office — daughter Romina Frances G. Sotto, niece Beverly Anne M. Sotto, niece-in-law Katherine Anne G. Roxas, and grandniece Atty. Valentin Jose Dominic S. Fregil. As of June 30, 2025, Sotto declared a net worth of over ₱188 million, with total assets worth ₱465.6 million — ₱335.1 million in real properties and ₱130.4 million in personal properties — and liabilities amounting to ₱276.7 million in bank and personal loans. @raissawriter In 2016, after the folks from DOT blocked me, I reminded them of RA6713. Immediately, they unblocked me. It may help to remind the account administrators of Section 4: “Norms of Conduct of Public Officials and Employees,” especially if they are paid with public funds.
