@reimerpdx @AstridKWrites I think there's a real skill in learning to distinguish between what is just others' opinion and what is of actual use to you in growing and achieving whatever your goals are - taking the useful constructive criticism and improving with it, while dismkssing what's not helpful

Genuine question: what do you all find self worth in that isn’t tied to productivity? I feel like the only way I can consider myself worthy of love and kindness is if I make/contribute things, but frankly, it exhausts me. And I don’t know what else I can do outside that.

@reimerpdx @AstridKWrites I mean, I think it's easy to have good intentions for the latter, but it's hard not to be swayed by the former...
