@jakuraisbf @quazi95061185 1. It’s a personal creative service. Artists are not public utilities or government services. They sell their own time, skill, and creativity. Like how you can’t force a horror artist to draw fluffy slice-of-life or horro artist draw cute things of they dont want to

1. that law is from the US Labour rights, lulu doesnt live there
2. the public service in question is ART, lulu's own creation, her time, her skills. she's not under any employer who regulates her use of effort so yea she does get to draw what she wants.

i mean this respectfully and with the intent to inform lulu can draw both men and women, she is more than able to draw queer pairs. If she is opening a *public* service just to exclude a specific (and already persecuted) group from their right to order, it’s discriminatory.
