Please do note that the staff don't work during weekends, so you'll probably get replies on monday.

You can access the inquiry form via in-game from [Menu] --> [Support] --> [Feedback/Request] (pic 2) It will then take you straight to the form, which you can fill in freely (the other information will be filled automatically). Please make sure to fill in the form in JAPANESE!

a good chunk of people keep saying "isn't it too much to expect a full refund", and the answer is no. because other gacha games have done it before. giving such a small reward makes clpl look stingy. bc 3k is practically nothing with this game's rates

@clockpluswords it's also weird it was only "noticed" this late considering every other game i've played where this happened (sif, deresute, bandori) it was fixed within hours🙄🙄

@relrelrel_rel this is the same company that has continued to push an increasing number of limited gachas and world links for crystals to burn on without any appreciable increase in income because people simply haven't complained. i think it's genuinely hubris and biblical greed
