NCrunch v5.17 has just been released. This includes an important fix for NUnit v4.4, where exceptions weren't being reported due to a subtle change in NUnit. Also includes some compatibility improvements for MSTest.

@twenzel No. MTP is a runner, not a framework, so in a practical sense integration is impossible.

@mmisztal1980 Sorry no plans for this. It's massive. I have no way to deliver it.

I've just published a maintenance release for NCrunch. This is mostly stability fixes for Rider integration and a few other bits. Most significant is fixed impact detection for xunit v3

Generally, an NCrunch build will only support one version of Rider. However, in this case, 2025.1 and 2025.2 were close enough together that NCrunch v5.16 can work with them both. This makes life a little easier with release planning.

Also noteworthy is that this build introduces support for JetBrains Rider 2025.2, which has just hit RC state and will probably hit its full release soon.

After 3 years of hard work I am proud to anounce the an early access version of Testowl is available in the Jetbrains Marketplace. Testowl is continuous test runner similar to NCrunch or Wallaby.js, but for Java. Now I am looking for feedback of the community.

It's been a busy couple of months. V5.13 of NCrunch is now available. This build adds support for a number of MSTest v3.8 features, along with .slnx files and Rider 2025.1 (which looks about to drop). Lots of other fixes too.
