For the program to get continued year by year funding it had to produce results every year that satisfied both congressional oversight and scientific oversight committees - which it did for over 23 years until it was shut down due to political reasons.

@remoteviewed @RedPandaKoala The funding came from the DoD. The program was deemed “not operationally useful”. That is verbatim. Just because something was researched for 23 years doesn’t make it real, working, or even useful. The AIR deemed it dead in the water in 1995. Scientifically.

The idea was to bend the clip of the pen which I actually have done in the past to the Prime Minister of Israel Shimon Peres (see photo).
