I finally secured my O-1 visa and am officially building in NYC now. Three winters. Three migrations. Three new beginnings. Every defining chapter of my life has been forged in the dead of winter. 2021: I graduated and moved to Beijing. That winter (P1), under a blanket of heavy snow, I cut my teeth in investment banking: learning the raw intensity, discipline, and mechanics of the global financial system. 2022: I moved to London. Another winter, another snowfall (P2). That was the pivot point where I transitioned from VC to founder, trading the sidelines for the arena. 2026: I have relocated to New York City. Once again, it is mid-winter (P3). Once again, I am starting from zero in a new city. Three cities. Three winters. Three new beginnings. Each time, the snowfall remains unchanged: a cold, hesitant silence, yet thrumming with the electric pulse of what might be. Now in #NYC, I’m building at the frontier of #AI and #data infrastructure. I am looking to connect with the founders and builders who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in this space. If you’re in #NewYork , coffee is on me. New city. Same hunger.
