I'm not sure if the statement about AyyBabz death is true or not, but I will say the original account who shared this does appear to be the same woman in his twitch photo.
I do know his real name and area he lives in (I will not be doxxing it), and there's currently no info online about his passing, but this appears to be very recent so I'll keep checking to see if this can be confirmed.

@ayybabz , creater of kicktools, has lost his long battle with addiction and passed away last night. One of the last conversations we had he told me he messed up bad online and I’m sitting here reading about it. His actions are inexcusable, but I hope he is at peace now.

Praying for peace over you Serena. Addiction is one of the hardest diseases to overcome and like you said it doesn’t excuse the behavior. One thing that we had bonded over when I first met Babz 2 years ago was father loss and he had seemed always welcoming even giving me a lot of his widgets for free and early access, but over the last few months I did notice some changes that were unsettling and the most recent thing caught a lot of us completely off guard and I didn’t even want to believe it at first. However, I do hope that he is now at peace and reunited with his loved ones. 🙏🏾
