Because they can and we let them. We are the ones voting for them every year. Isang lata nang sardinas lang katapat nang mga votes nang mga iba. We can cry and cry about it but it is the same over and over again. Ang dami nang mga oppose sa mga budget hearing but it is the start to make these people accountable kung saan nila ginagastos ang kaban nang bayan. They should have budget hearings for all the agencies and wherever nagamit at naibigay ang kaban nang bayan. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭💪💪💪
