@jacobincambodia Even the side of the building and floor can make it totally worth it, or not. Just the wrong side gives you terrible sun and too much light exposure all day, forcing you to basically always have curtains closed.

I even sat at the Japanese modern place on the riverside, with sparkling wine bottle and various foods it was like 30 USD. Thailand it would been 100+ USD.
