So, we have this little two person couch. It's light green courderoy. We've had it for twenty years. We got it on a sale which hadn't quite happened yet at Nordstrom in downtown Spokane within a few weeks of our marriage. It was in our apartment in Spokane while I finished up undergrad and my wife finished up graduate school, both of us deliriously happy and our friends (and us, honestly) trying to wrap their heads around "marriage" at the fresh ages of 21 & 22. We took it to Boston of course since it's such a flexible piece of furniture and it was the primary seating in the only other room than our bedroom we had in our six hundred square feet for five years. Hundreds of people sat on it, dozens of people slept on it, many relationships that still exist today found their insight on it, deep woe and high delight held within it's short arms, and a small person found it in their home some six years after we acquired it... and many years after we anticipated it would be clambered upon. It came back with us to the Pacific Northwest and lived in my childhood home for several years, clambered upon by our own brought rascal and several of my siblings of her vintage. Ten years ago we brought it to a small place in South Seattle and it's moved around in that space, doing what it always has, providing a place for conversation, a place for quiet, a place for rest. Twenty years into finding this artifact, I sit on it this evening, three year old falling asleep on my shoulder as I reel through the wisdom and memories of... this couch?

@renidemus Anytime before noon and sometimes after if I forgot 😆. I just try not to take it late afternoon or evening because some people get a caffeine-ish hit from it.

Creatine raised and stabilized my basal temps literally within days, and dramatically reduced their nosedive response to stress. Was the most dramatic reaction I’ve ever had to a supplement. Cool stuff.
